Safety Precautions for Drilling Rigs

1. All operators and maintenance personnel who are preparing to operate and maintain drilling rigs must read and understand the precautions and be able to identify various situations.
2. Warning: When workers approach the drilling rig, they must wear safety helmets, protective glasses, masks, ear protection, safety shoes and dust-proof work clothes.
3. Before repairing the drilling rig, first close the main air inlet pipe and empty the air path.
4. Check and ensure that all nuts and screws are not loose, all hoses are connected reliably, and pay attention to protecting the hoses to prevent them from being torn off.
5. Keep the workplace clean to prevent collapse; keep hands, arms, and eyes away from moving parts to avoid accidental injuries; moving parts can cause serious personal accidents, so stay away from moving impactors, drill rods, and rod unloading wrenches during work.
6. Warning: When the travel motor is started, pay attention to the forward and backward speed of the drilling rig. When towing, do not stay or walk between the two machines.
7. Warning: When loading and unloading drill rods, the main shaft of the rotary head must rotate slowly to prevent the fork and J-shaped wrench from slipping and rebounding; when using the J-shaped wrench and the rotary machine to reverse and unload the drill rod, it is forbidden to operate the rotary machine to reverse when the first drill rod is disengaged from the second drill rod.
8. Warning: The legs are only used for leveling the drilling rig and loading and unloading during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to use them to deal with drill jam accidents.
9. Warning: When the slide is half-erected, the drilling rig must not be moved. When the drilling rig is moved, all the legs must be retracted first, and the drilling rig can be moved after observing that there are no obstacles around.
10. Ensure that the drilling rig is well lubricated and repaired in time. Pay attention to the oil level and position during work. Before maintaining the oil mist, be sure to close the main air valve and release the compressed air on the pipeline.
11. When there are damaged parts, the drilling rig cannot be used with illness (our company can provide users with the required parts).
12. Carefully adjust the drilling rig during work.
13. The working wind pressure and traction force of the drilling rig cannot exceed the specified data. Hang the hook firmly during traction.
14. When the drilling rig is out of use, turn off the battery switch first, then use wind to blow away the dust on the surface, and place it in a safe area to prevent damage to the machine parts.
